It’s just like PT but more effective as you areworking in a group with a collective determination

Strength Movement

Encapsulating everything we hold dear in human physical progression.

We develop strength specifically to development movement potential.

Using kettle bells, dumbbells, landmine barbells, resistance cables, slam balls, medicine balls, hammers, tyres and sometimes just yourself.

Move better, feel better, look better.

Dynamic Movement

Here we employ plyometrics alongside some strength and conditioning protocols to develop strength and explosive power.

This is particularly important not only for enthusiastic amateur sports people but forthose getting beyond the age of forty.

Contralateral Reciprocation

A systems approach to exercise, health and physical development.

Contralateral Reciprocation is how the body moves naturally. Opposite sides in reciprocal motion.

We have employed specific protocols to enhance your movement foundations and work on any physical dysfunctions which promote chronic pain.

Based mainly on rotational principles we work the body to optimise the four key human movement patterns. It’s not a secret. We’ll tell you in good time.

Experienced and accomplished athletes with a history of success laced with an abundance of abject failures, Shaun and Stephen, both expert and experienced coaches have moved through the health and fitness business from cleaning kit, mopping floors and taking thousands of coaching sessions in one-to-one, large group and small group environments to developing the philosophy of Strength in Movement.
